What dr. gives you his cell number and calls you to making sure you are ok at any time of the day/night. He made me feel like a close friend and family. I didnt sleep at all Sunday and Monday night- all the time praying, reading and writing letters to our Savior. Today I awoke with a normal feeling Right foot and more feeling in my left foot. I went for a run this morning and I havent been able to jog since Aug 2015! This was not gradual improvement but God's miracle. My patient is about to have a surgery and draw this beautiful art with pencil. It is the Holy Hand of our Lord Jesus in the cross with the nail.
He took two weeks, while he is suffering of severe pains waiting for the surgery, to do this drawing from his heart. He stopped drawing for ten years but felt the calling to do this painting.

Incredible story about my patient Jack
Jack had complex brain aneurysm that I clipped in 2001. He also had a brain vessel tumor and by 2002, he was cured from both with the grace of our Lord Jesus, the True Healer.
He always remembered me. When I had to leave Joliet hospital against my will, he joined 50 patients and visited me. Many patients followed me and I never left or turn my back in my patients every when politics and hospitals tried to.
A week ago, the outside hospital called me because he was in the emergency room and he told him "call ghaly" and "no one else he will listen to".
Today he came and surprised me by an honorary Frame he personally prepared for me, so gracious jack and so touching. He named me "Best in the World" he made me cry---
I shared with him, the picture together back in 2001 and he was so happy and remembered. Incredible to say the least to celebrate over seventeen 17 years when I did his brain surgery.
No one to thank except my Lord Jesus the True Healer and my patients, thank you to you all and because of you I am and I will continue to be for you and advocate

I just wanted to write a thank you note and tell you how much I appreciate having you as our doctor. I thank you so much for giving me those extra 9 days with my husband when all the other doctors had no hope. If Glenn’s life would have ended that night in the emergency room, I don’t know how I would be coping today. You gave me that time and hope. I felt very much at times he was trying to communicate with me. I got responses nobody else got. The night he passed, I talked to him about 3 hours before everything happened, he did a lot of eye movements, shoulder shrugs, just things I felt like he was trying to tell me he knew I was there and he was hearing me. If you didn’t get called in, I feel another doctor would have just given up. You’ll never know how much I appreciate you, the heart you have, the love for God, you are so special. The hospital was wonderful also. I’ll never forget you. I miss Glenn so much everyday is hard, it hasn’t even been 3 months and it seems like years that he has been gone. We were never apart for 16 years, this is hard.

There was no other doctor who took the time that you took to understand my pain and to help me understand my pain. You were the only doctor I felt I could trust to operate on me. I don’t know if you remember my father or my family. My father Ronald Bright was a patient of yours at Silver Cross Hospital around 10 years ago when he suffered a brain aneurysm. Sir, I have been through many medical problems lately myself and I compare or expect all of my doctors to meet up to your standards and caring of their patients. Needless to say, I have not yet met one. You have been the only doctor I have ever respected and trusted after the way you cared not only for my father, but my entire family, especially when my mother Pamela was sick and you took the time to visit her. I thank you for that so much. My father is having many problems with his left leg or foot turning in very badly to where he can no longer walk or stand. We have gone to many podiatrists and to his GP and the brace company and they just all blame each other one way or another. I am at the end of my string, no one seems to want to help or even try to help him. I am now alone taking care of him after my mother passed, it’s very hard. My name is Brett Watland, and you performed back surgery on my herniated disc back in November. I just wanted to send heart-felt thanks your way. I truly appreciate everything you and your staff did for me. You were very helpful in explaining everything that was going to happen, and made me feel comfortable with going under the knife. Obviously you’re an incredibly skilled and gifted physician, and I think your faith is in a higher power that helped with my trust in you and this whole endeavor. I hit the physical therapy hard, and continue with stretching and strengthening exercises at home, and I believe I’m recovering well. I realize I’ll never be the same as I used to be, but I’d say I’m about 85% or so, and compared to those agonizing months before surgery, it’s an incredible difference. It’s so nice to do normal, average; everyday things again without pain, not to mention being almost back to full capacity at work again. Incredible story about my patient Jack
Jack had complex brain aneurysm that I clipped in 2001. He also had a brain vessel tumor and by 2002, he was cured from both with the grace of our Lord Jesus, the True Healer.
He always remembered me. When I had to leave Joliet hospital against my will, he joined 50 patients and visited me. Many patients followed me and I never left or turn my back in my patients every when politics and hospitals tried to.
A week ago, the outside hospital called me because he was in the emergency room and he told him "call ghaly" and "no one else he will listen to".
Today he came and surprised me by an honorary Frame he personally prepared for me, so gracious jack and so touching. He named me "Best in the World" he made me cry---
I shared with him, the picture together back in 2001 and he was so happy and remembered. Incredible to say the least to celebrate over seventeen 17 years when I did his brain surgery.
No one to thank except my Lord Jesus the True Healer and my patients, thank you to you all and because of you I am and I will continue to be for you and advocate

If Glenn’s life would have ended that night in the emergency room, I don’t know how I would be coping today. You gave me that time and hope. I felt very much at times he was trying to communicate with me. I got responses nobody else got. The night he passed, I talked to him about 3 hours before everything happened, he did a lot of eye movements, shoulder shrugs, just things I felt like he was trying to tell me he knew I was there and he was hearing me. If you didn’t get called in, I feel another doctor would have just given up. You’ll never know how much I appreciate you, the heart you have, the love for God, you are so special. The hospital was wonderful also. I’ll never forget you. I miss Glenn so much everyday is hard, it hasn’t even been 3 months and it seems like years that he has been gone. I just wanted to say thank you for all you have done for my dad and all you continue to do for my mom. Aside from being a talented surgeon, you also possess a quality not many doctors have these days, compassion. Every nurse we spoke with at Rush Copley had nothing but the highest praise for you. The fact that you called my mom every morning while my dad was in the hospital and kept close tabs on him spoke volumes. It also gave my mother a great deal of peace at a time when there wasn’t much to be had. Another thin the nursing staff raved about was your hands-on approach with your patients. And we saw that as well. My dad is at Rest haven, as you probably know. I’m not sure where we are headed from here. Our hope, my hope is that he is mobile again so he can come home. I’m not sure how realistic that is but I won’t give up. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate what you did for my dad and our family. I don’t know if you remember my father or my family. My father Ronald Bright was a patient of yours at Silver Cross Hospital around 10 years ago when he suffered a brain aneurysm. Sir, I have been through many medical problems lately myself and I compare or expect all of my doctors to meet up to your standards and caring of their patients. Needless to say, I have not yet met one. You have been the only doctor I have ever respected and trusted after the way you cared not only for my father, but my entire family, especially when my mother Pamela was sick and you took the time to visit her. I thank you for that so much. My father is having many problems with his left leg or foot turning in very badly to where he can no longer walk or stand. We have gone to many podiatrists and to his GP and the brace company and they just all blame each other one way or another. I am at the end of my string, no one seems to want to help or even try to help him. I am now alone taking care of him after my mother passed, it’s very hard. I’m wondering if you could recommend to me what to do or someone that would be willing to help him. Thank you for taking the time out to read this and I hope to hear back from you.

My name is Brett Watland, and you performed back surgery on my herniated disc back in November. I just wanted to send heart-felt thanks your way. I truly appreciate everything you and your staff did for me. You were very helpful in explaining everything that was going to happen, and made me feel comfortable with going under the knife. Obviously you’re an incredibly skilled and gifted physician, and I think your faith is in a higher power that helped with my trust in you and this whole endeavor. I hit the physical therapy hard, and continue with stretching and strengthening exercises at home, and I believe I’m recovering well. I realize I’ll never be the same as I used to be, but I’d say I’m about 85% or so, and compared to those agonizing months before surgery, it’s an incredible difference. It’s so nice to do normal, average; everyday things again without pain, not to mention being almost back to full capacity at work again. (although I’ve learned not to work so hard or lift so much any more). Hey, I’m not sure if you remember, but my wife was pregnant when I went through surgery.
